Health & Social Care - Level 2

Level 2 BTEC Certificate in Health and Social Care is designed to add breadth to learners’ knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social Care sector as part of their career progression and development plans. It gives added knowledge in the development of the human growth and lifespan, healthy living and broader health and social care values, including effective communication and services in the health and social care industry.

At least 240 guided learning hours is recommended for the completion of this course program. Some units are internally assessed within our centre and the others are externally assessed by the awarding body. This course is taught and assessed by delivering evidence-based portfolio and tasks assigned.
