This is an exciting qualification ideal for anyone looking for a customer-facing role. You'll learn how to strategically handle customer needs to improve the effectiveness of an organisations service delivery.
Students are expected to complete a range of compulsory and optional units. You will be assigned an Assessor who will support you and work with you in completing and setting up your portfolio and generating the relevant work based evidences and writing up scenarios on work place experiences.

In order to assess and enhance your employability skills, you would be enrolled onto the pre-apprenticeship programme. As part of the pre-apprenticeship, you will attend a mix of classes and the work experience program to gain relevant employment skills but please note the pre-apprenticeship is an assessment period, you will have a review meeting towards the end of the pre-apprenticeship to confirm your place onto the apprenticeship programme. This can last for 6 - 12 weeks.
